These Acupressure Points Relieve Acne, Eczema and Reduce Bruising

  1. Sit as usual with your feet flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart.  This time sit forward slightly so you can comfortably reach your back.
  2. Lift your arms over your head as you inhale through your nose.  Hold for a moment, then lower your arms slowly as you breathe out through your mouth.  Repeat 6-12 times before you begin step 3.
  3. Fist your hands and place your knuckles at the acupressure points B23 & B47. Begin with one of the points on both sides of your spine and then move your knuckles to the other acupressure point.
  4. Press firmly on these points for a full minute while breathing in and out slowly through your nose.  Then rub briskly on these points for another full minute.
