Tennis Elbow Exercises

Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is an inflammation on the outside of the elbow. It often comes from an overuse injury. For some reason , possibly a minor injury, a tendon, a tissue that connects muscles to bones, becomes torn and inflamed. A painful tenderness develops over the affected area, and the tendon is usually slow to heal becaude the muscle is constantly in use.
