Turkey Meatloaf a Healthy Version

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey (lean)

1/2 cup rolled oats (dry)

1 large egg

1 tablespoon onion (dehydrated [or 1 small onion, minced])

1/4 cup ketchup

2 stalks celery (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/2 bell pepper (green, seeded and diced)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bake in loaf pan for 25 minutes (to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F).
  4. Cut into five slices and serve.
